My stay at the Skylofts at MGM Grand was a mixed bag. The butler service was excellent, providing attentive and personalized experiences. However, the suite had some dated electronics and basic amenities that were surprisingly lacking. Overall, while the luxurious space was fantastic, the experience didn’t quite meet the expectations set by its price tag.
